Adrian Chan Pengee
Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director
Adrian Chan Pengee is Head of Corporate and a
Senior Partner at Lee & Lee. He has been a partner
there since 1995. Mr Chan serves on the Governing
Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors and has
been elected to the position of Honorary Secretary of
the Executive Council of the Association of Small and
Medium Enterprises. He also sits on the Listed Companies
Committee of the Singapore International Chamber of
Commerce and the Corporate Practice Committee of
the Law Society of Singapore. He is a director of
Lovells Lee & Lee, a joint venture between Lee & Lee
and the international law firm, Lovells, and is an
independent director on the Boards of several publicly
listed companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
David Goh Hock Kim

SGX-ST Mainboard listed AEM Holdings Ltd ("AEM" or the "Company"), has appointed Mr David Goh Hock Kim as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr Goh has been a Non-Executive Director of the company since 18 February 2008. Mr Goh's full-time appointment as Chief Executive Officer will take effect from 1 July 2008 after serving out his present employment contract. Until Mr Goh assumes his position on a full-time basis on 1 July 2008, Mr Stanley Cheong will continue to be the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company, supported by Mr Goh on a part-time basis as an Executive Director.
Mr Goh, 47, brings with him over 23 years of general management experience and extensive knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing, electronics and healthcare industries. Mr Goh is currently the Managing Director of Nypro Singapore Pte Ltd and the Regional Vice President for South East Asia/ India for Nypro Inc., a US-based global company operating in 17 countries. Nypro is a leading provider of integrated and innovative plastic solutions. In his 15 years with Nypro, Mr Goh was instrumental in growing the Nypro companies in Singapore and Asia, extending their reach to world class manufacturers across various industries like consumer electronics, healthcare and packaging. He has also led the Singapore operations to achieve sales and profitability growth of 20-25% annually for the past 14 years.

Basil Chan

Basil Chan is the Founder and Managing Director of
MBE Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd. He currently sits on
the boards of several listed companies in Singapore.
He is a Council Member and Board Director of the
Singapore Institute of Directors where he chairs the
Professional Development Sub-committee involved in
the training of directors. He was a member of the
Corporate Governance Committee in 2001 that
developed the Singapore Code of Corporate
Governance and was previously a member of the
Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants in Singapore (ICPAS).
Basil Chan has more than 25 years of audit, financial
and general management experience having held
senior financial positions in leading companies. He
holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) Honours
degree majoring in Business Administration from the
University of Wales Institute of Science and
Technology, United Kingdom and is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales (ICAEW) as well as a member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants in Singapore (ICPAS).
Daniel Cheng Tang Ngok
Independent Director
Daniel Cheng Tang Ngok is the Managing Partner
responsible for the Asia Pacific Technology Practice
and he is a Director of Heidrick & Struggles Singapore,
an International Executive Search and Leadership
Consulting firm. He is also responsible for the
development of Emerging Markets in Asia. His specialty
area covers different industry segments including
Telecommunications, Semiconductors, IT Services as
well as Hardware and Software products. In addition
to serving multinational clients, he also works
extensively with Asian conglomerates, education, nonprofit
and government organizations. Mr Cheng
graduated from McMaster University in Canada with a
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Stanley Cheong Kok Yew
Non-Independent & Non-Executive Director
Stanley Cheong is the Senior Vice President & Partner
of Transpac Capital Pte Ltd, a major shareholder of
the Company. He was seconded to the Group as the
Acting Chief Executive Officer in May 2007. Transpac
Capital is one of the most established private equity
fund managers in Asia headquartered in Singapore
with office in Hong Kong. Mr Cheong has served on
many boards of the portfolio companies, which are
in various industries including Biotech, Food,
Manufacturing, Services, Technology and Healthcare
sectors. These past and present portfolio companies
span across Asia, Australia, Israel and the United
States. He has nurtured a number of the companies
from early stages to their commercial maturity. Mr
Cheong currently serves as a director of 3 listed
companies on the main board of the Singapore Stock
Exchange. He is also the Executive Director of the
Regional Investment Company Limited, a venture
capital fund that was jointly managed with the
Economics Development Board. The objective of the
fund is not only to accelerate the growth of Singapore
businesses but also to nurture more entrepreneurs in
Singapore. Mr Cheong graduated in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering from Swinburne Institute of
Technology, Melbourne Australia and also holds an
MBA from the National University of Singapore.
