Compact Wafer Level Sorting System

The Impetus ADS-1000 is a fully automated state-of-the-art back-end equipment capable of sorting die/chip from film frame to tape and reel with an output up to 10,000 UPH. It is equipped with OEM Vision System to inspect units before pick and check before place at pocket. With the design of dual head flipper, it increased the efficiency of picking from the wafer.
