Resignation Of Non-Independent And Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of AEM Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that Dr Leong Ka Cheong Christopher has resigned as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from November 19, 2008. Hence, he has automatically ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board wishes to thank Dr Leong for his past contribution and services to the Company.
